well, today my sister chamo_chan  found a dead house sparrow next to our house.
How is this relevant at the moment?
well, I've always wanted to draw things like that when the opportunity comes.
So I got out me sketch book and went outside.
It looked like it knew it was about to die and crawled under that pile of wood.
It was kinda sad. (and it smelled really bad too. It's been there for a while I think.)
anyways, I did some sketches of it.

( <b> WARNING: The picture is a bit big, plus I'm not sure if you'd really be willing to look at a picture of a dead bird. so yeah.. )

The first top one came out a little awkward, I was standing over it but the flies and the stench sort of made me doodle it out quickly. 
it's a bit messy.
the second I drew while sitting next to it. Its legs were stretched out beneath it.
and the final sketch is one I took when I turned it around a bit.
this one was the hardest. I don't think i've ever seen a bird with such a pained expression on its face. It was kinda sad.
I know these look really sketchy. I used a soft lead pencil (4B I think ) to sketch. It's easier and faster that way.

I want to draw more things like this. (This neighborhood has a lot of dead birds. Mostly because of all the cats, hawks, and owls that live near by.

I love posting my art there and I like my friends on there too. I've joined other sites like furaffinity.net, but it's not quite the same xD; (FA is fun though xD)
But there are some things I don't like.
I don't like how some of the community seems to be a bit.... on the mean side.
what do I mean?
I mean that it seems that when people want to talk about things on their journal such as a family issue, personal issues, and such, it seems people tell them "stop being a drama queen! keep drama away!" now, at first, I was like that. (I still am depending on what they rant about) but It seems a bit mean. It's also ironic how the more popular deviants can be drama llamas all they want but they don't really get shit.
it bothers me :/

the second thing I don't like is the whole subscribers v.s non subscribers.

I like the subscriber features
no ads and the ability to get more thumbnails while searching is really nice for me c:
things like polls and journal skins are okay, but not really my fave part of subs xD;
I'm a non-sub now, which isnt really that bad at all either.
what I do hate is the little crybabies on dA.
they usually cry about either

a. non subs not getting enough features. (which is bull because they've gotten a lot more features lately. they should be happy with that at least. )

b. subs being too expensive. I disagree. 30 bucks for a whole year is a very good deal (I thin it's still 30 ) It's not very expensive and it's really good for a whole year. Perhaps 30 dollars is too much for you, but when you commpare it to things like world of warcraft where 30 dollars is for only 2 months subscription, its a good deal.

but there are those people that just don't want to spend money on it, but want all the features. That, my friends, is a bit selfish.
they need to understand that a website like dA NEEDS money to keep it running.
You don't just make a website for free you know :/

despite those flaws I like it there and I will probably stay there too.
